- The blood pressure form takes the pulse your monitor shows, as an optional field: it is saved as a heart rate record at the time of the reading and shows beside the reading in the list. The Wear OS watch app counts steps minute by minute, and a sync writes them to Health Connect. The age-predicted maximum heart rate for women now uses Gulati's formula (206 - 0.88 x age), which lowers cardio load, intensity minutes, heart rate recovery and Body Energy for women.
