- Sleep stages are estimated for Garmin watches that never record them, such as the Venu SQ, from the per-minute heart rate and movement the watch syncs. Home widgets refresh every 30 minutes. A whole folder of FIT files imports again. The Log screen opens with any write access and each tile asks only for its own; onboarding needs only the reads. Settings Recovery gains Start over for Body energy, Recovery and Expenditure. The heart rate detail screen shows the same day average as the dashboard.
