Release notes

1. Version 2.1.0. The first sync after updating downloads every contact once. Birthday, anniversary, nickname and website now sync both ways; before, ones added on the phone were lost. Contacts Android would delete (saved under "PHONE" by WhatsApp) can be moved into Proton, keeping star and ringtone. Samsung: a contact deleted into the Recycle bin is no longer brought back; you choose. Sync card shows each stage with its own count; 3-hour interval.
