- Six cities more, and one of them was being refused over a handbike. • Wrocław, Bogotá, Offenburg, Sibiu, Buzău and Slobozia join the catalogue. Bogotá is the first city served in South America. • They had all been turned away by a rule that read anything GBFS cannot name — a handbike, a tricycle, a bike trailer — as a motor vehicle. What has no name of its own is now judged on whether it is pedalled. • A city named by the catalogue that this version cannot serve is shown greyed out, saying so,
