Release notes

1. Removes a block of Google Play metadata that Android's build tools embed in every app package by default: a record of the project's dependencies, meant for the Play Console and of no use anywhere else. It is now left out, so the package contains nothing but the app itself and its signature. The keyboard is unchanged from 1.0.3.
