Release notes
- Adds animated GIF support: pick a GIF with the file picker and set it as a looping live wallpaper, with the same speed, Fill and Fit controls as video. Also fixes portrait videos recorded on phones appearing rotated and stretched, playback speed not returning to normal after moving the slider, and the in-app video preview ignoring Fill/Fit. GIF decoding is built into the app, with no new libraries.
