Release notes

1. The numbers now rest on published data instead of guesses: world births and deaths come from the UN World Population Prospects 2024 for each year since 1950, food is a FAO-based 1.7 kg a day, and the sex estimate uses average frequencies by age from the Natsal-3 survey. The seconds-alive counter no longer runs behind by the time of day. The description now mentions the curiosities card.
