- 0.1.2 - Build/release metadata fix - Disable Android Gradle Plugin's dependency metadata block (dependenciesInfo.includeInApk/includeInBundle) in the release build. This block is used for Play Console reporting and is irrelevant off Play; it was flagged by F-Droid's reproducible-build tooling as an unwanted extra signing block. No app functionality changed.
