1. Library, Android: the default listen address accepts IPv4 and IPv6 at the same time. IPv6 clients use EPSV; PASV stays available for IPv4. The self-signed certificate includes the machine's stable IPv6 addresses, and the Android connection card lists them. Android: a protected data connection no longer disables TLS session creation. BoringSSL rejects that handshake with SESSION MAY NOT BE CREATED when the client does not resume a ticket, so directory listings failed after login. TLS 1.2...
