Release notes

1. Bonds now stay linked to their contact when you rename it, and a bond whose contact was deleted is flagged so you can relink it. Dialpad: backspace sits beside the call button (hold to clear). Contacts: the search bar scrolls out of the way, search also finds organisation, nickname, notes and email, and you can add contacts to groups. Add a bond from your recent calls. New opt-in automatic backup to a folder you choose. Safer vCard import.
