Release notes

1. New languages: Simplified Chinese, Ukrainian and Turkish. They are mostly machine translations, so corrections are welcome at github.com/norsehorse-dev/PGPony-Translations. Text and error messages that stayed in English in every language are now translated, and German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Russian gain the strings they were missing. Korean gains more of its volunteer translation but stays out of the language picker until it is complete.
