Release notes
- Added a drag-select for marking bad data, and spunding guidance on the fermentation stage card. Mark bad data: press and drag along the graph to select a time range — for readings recorded while the spindle sat out of the wort, or across a WiFi gap — and mark it. Marked spans show as a shaded band on the chart and are listed under the Graph screen; they stop shaping the plots, the stage detection and the model fits. The recorded data itself is never deleted: excluded readings stay in the databa
