- - The warm-up only prescribes movements you can do. Without a bar it was still asking for one, on any pulling quest. - Every warm-up movement counts its last seconds out loud, not only the countdown that follows the warm-up. - Reading what a movement is stops the clock, from the running screen, a rest, or the warm-up's "up next" card. - A swapped movement keeps the reps you set. Trading seconds for reps threw every tap away.
