Release notes

1. Route BurnPony through Tor or a SOCKS5 proxy. A new Proxy section in Settings offers off, Orbot one-tap, or a custom SOCKS5 host and port. Add a username and password to put BurnPony on its own Tor circuit, separate from other apps (stream isolation). When a proxy is enabled and unreachable, requests fail rather than falling back to a direct connection. This release also carries the accessibility, language, and reliability work from recent updates.
