- Added: - Retention by age: keep the newest backups of each recent day, week, and month, so your history stays dense for the recent past and thins out further back. One tap lets you choose how much history to keep (last week, month, 3 months, or year), and advanced settings let you pick exact counts per tier — for example 7 daily, 4 weekly, and 3 monthly — or set a tier to 0 to keep nothing from it. - The backup retention setting now offers two policies: keep the last N backup sets (the previous
